Agriturismo Colle Regnano, Tolentino

The Colle Regnano Agritourism is situated in Tolentino, nestled among the Maceratesi hills, overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, with a splendid view over the surrounding area, 400 metres above sea level.

Emerging from the careful renovation of a traditional farmhouse dating back to the mid nineteenth century, the restructure has successfully maintained the building's original characteristics.

Thanks to the use of sustainable building techniques, Colle Regnano is the perfect choice for a holiday dedicated to the appreciation of nature.

Colle Regnano offers 5 apartments and can sleep a total of 25 people, there is a common room with a reading corner, an Internet connection and a minibar, there is also a restaurant, and an area with a swimming pool, bicycles, children's games, a boules court, mini basketball, table tennis and a barbecue.

Guests are reminded that Colle Regnano was chosen as one of the finalists in the "Eco and the City" prize, promoted by the "Spadolini Nuova Antologia" foundation and Energeo Magazine. It also won the Agriturismo Europeo badge which certifies it has achieved the European standards set of for the Agritourism sector, as well as being awarded the sign of quality "Ospitalità Italiana" both in 2010 and 2011.

The agritourism offers 5 one-bedroom apartments which feature a double bedroom, a kitchen with a kitchenette and a sofabed plus an en suite bathroom and a private terrace or porch.

The apartments feature stone floors, wooden beamed ceilings and furniture from the family collection or traditional local furniture as well as a colour satellite television and autonomous heating.
