Casa Maria, directly connected to the hotel by a corridor, features rooms that are decorated in a rustic Alto Adige style with a large bed covered with a soft down comforter, as well as satellite colour TV, safe-deposit box, soft sponge slippers, a large and comfortable en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a balcony.

The Panorama Suites, recently realised according to the principals of bio-architecture, feature a southern facing balcony, a large bed with a soft down comforter, an en-suite bathroom with double washbasins and spiral Chiocciola shower, satellite colour TV, safe-deposit box, soft sponge slippers, and complimentary toiletries. These suites are decorated in a rustic Alto Adige style and offer the same services as the Lampone rooms with the added possibility of using a small kitchenette.
