Villa Massimo is a family managed structure of 400m² that is situated on a 1 hectare estate on a panoramic hill from which it is possible to enjoy a splendid vista of a valley, the sea and the countryside.

The villa is completely surrounded by the green of the olive trees typical of the Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees.

The structure features 5 different types of apartments each of which includes a stone veranda and a wooden front porch.

The structure is entirely enclosed and complete with an automatic entry gate, for which the guests are provided with a remote control in order to freely move about of the property.

The apartments are furnished with televisions.

An internal car park space is provided for each apartment.

Outdoors it is possible to take advantage of a common showering system.

Small domestic pets are permitted.

Due to the splendid location, Villa Massimo is the ideal place to enjoy a pleasant vacation in tranquillity and relaxation in contact with nature as well as the sea.

A double room of 35m² that sleeps 2 is composed of a bedroom with a large double bed, a small living area with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, and an exterior stone veranda as well as a wooden porch with tables and chairs.

A double room of 40m² that sleeps 3 is composed of a bedroom with a large double bed bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, small living area with kitchenette and a full size sofa bed, and an exterior stone veranda as well as a wooden porch with tables and chairs.

An apartment of 75m² on two floors that sleeps 6 is composed of 2 ample bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathroom, large living area with a large double sofa bed, kitchenette as well as a wooden veranda with tables and chairs.
