General Description

The Badus complex is situated between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in Badesi, a peaceful traditional local town which dominates a long stretch of coastline, filled with the sweet smells of the Mediterranean shrub and characterised by the turquoise sea which laps up against the sandy beach which stretches for 8 kilometres.

The apartments are situated in two lovely buildings (100 metres away from each other) which lead away from the residential area. The complexes are made up of terraced apartments either on one or two levels, with independent entrances forming a horseshoe around the swimming pool.

Guests have access to a reception service which is open from 09:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, an external car park (unsupervised), a children's play area, a boules court, a communal barbeque with an adjacent picnic area, a TV lounge with satellite channels, a token operated laundry, Wi-Fi Internet access and computer hire with Wi-Fi.

On the beach guests can also hire umbrellas and sunbeds, dinghies, windsurf (with courses), pedaloes, canoes and sailing boats for boat trips.

The complex also has the following services which must be paid for on site:

Apartment cleaning charge (maximum 60 Euros per room - a one off charge).

The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the customers, otherwise an additional charge of € 50 will be required.

From the port of Olbia, take the exit for Via Principe Umberto/E840; turn right on to Vial Alessandro Nanni; turn left on to Via Gabriele D'Annunzio. Continue on to Via Sassari, turn left to stay on Via Sassari (follow signs for Nuoro/Tempio/Calangianus). Take the first road on the right - Corso Vittorio Veneto/SS127 state road - and follow it, go straight across the first roundabout. Turn right onto Via Manzoni/SS127: continue along the SS127; turn right into Via Fiume/SS133; then bear right onto the SP27, then bear right onto the SP74. Turn left onto Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the left into Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the left to stay on Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the right - Via Cesare Balco - and then the second left onto Via Sassari. Bear right on to Via Lu Monti Di Lu Cantoni and continue on to Via Risorgimento. Turn left on to Via Nazionale/SP74; turn right on to Via Pascoli. The complex is on the right.

By plane

From Olbia - Costa Smeralda Airport, turn left on to the SS125 Orientale Sarda state road. Take the exit for Strada Monti Olbia/SS199; stay left at the junction for Strada Monti Olbia SS199. Continue along the SS199. Bear right at the junction for Arzachena/Golfo Aranci. Continue straight on and take the exit for Corso Vittorio Veneto/SS127. Turn left on to Corso Vittorio Veneto/SS127 and follow the road. Turn right on to Via Manzoni/SS127 and continue straight on. Turn right on to Via Fiume/SS133 and continue straight on. Bear left onto the SP27, then bear right onto the SP74. Turn left onto Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the left following Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the left to stay on Via Cesare Battisti; take the first turning on the right into Via Cesare Balbo and then the second left onto Via Sassari. Bear right on to Via Lu Monti Di Lu Cantoni and continue on to Via Risorgimento. Turn left on to Via Nazionale/SP74; turn right on to Via Pascoli. The complex is on the right.
