Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi, Castel Di Lama

The Hotel Il Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi is located in Castel di Lama just 8km from the city of Ascoli Piceno and a few minutes from the Adriatic Coast.

Surrounded by an important historic garden designed in 1875, the resort consists of a number of buildings constructed over the years with a spacious lunch room on the ground floor that can accommodate gala receptions, a sitting room, a billiards room, and a room for room and listening to music.

Across from the residence, there is an elegant XVI century oratory dedicated to San Pancrazio and a small panoramic terrace with a coffee house and a bookshop.

The Residence of Campagna San Pancrazio is located near the resort with five apartment suites that are all elegantly decorated and completed by a swimming pool and solarium terrace.

This historic residence has a wellness room where guests can relax and unwind while enjoying bioenergetic massages and beauty treatments.

The hotel also provides guests with the chance to take cooking lessons, art classes, visit other residences and private historic gardens for breakfast or lunch, take gastronomic tours of the area and visit the historic and cultural sites found nearby.

Different types of guest rooms are available.

- Gigli Junior Suite consists of a double/twin bedroom with a wardrobe and desk, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The intense red walls make this suite dramatic and sensuous.

- Winter Junior Suite, named after the famous German botanist Ludwig Winter, who stayed here while the park was being completed. It consists of a double/twin bed, a wardrobe and a spacious private bathroom made of Portuguese red marble with a bathtub/shower.

The colonial style includes cream wall paper with green palm trees and yellow fruits, as well as late 19th century furnishings.

- Blu Junior Suite, named for the colour of its wallpaper and furnishings. It consists of a double/twin bedroom with an elegant marble fireplace and a sofa, as well as an en suite bathroom with a marble bathtub or shower and blue décor.

- Orientale Suite is characterised by objects coming from various Asian countries with gold and salmon wallpaper and beautiful terracotta floors. The suite consists of two spacious rooms: a living room with sofas that can be made into two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk, with two large windows that overlook the park; and a double/twin bedroom with Chinese bamboo furniture and an en suite yellow marble bathroom with a bathtub or shower.

- Roma Suite is characterised by a collection of 18th and 19th century etchings that depict Roman monuments with Neapolitan red wallpaper and golden stars. It has a double/twin bedroom, a wardrobe with a desk and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The windows overlook the entrance lawn and the historic 17th century oratory.

- Sibilla Deluxe Apartment is the only apartment located on the first floor of the residence with a staircase. It consists of a spacious living room with a travertine fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower. It also has a lovely view of Monti Sibillini.

- Lorenzo Lotto Junior Apartment is two storeys with a spacious living room, a sofa bed and a kitchenette on the ground floor, a spacious double bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower on the first floor.

- Tronto Junior Apartment is two stories and can be accessed from the garden and from the back. It has a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette on the ground floor, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower on the first floor.

- Crivelli Apartment (for three guests) consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a lunch table, and two entrances (leading to the garden and the back of the residence). It has a single bedroom with access to the garden and a bathroom with a washbasin, bidet and toilet. The first floor has a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

- Adriatico Apartment (for three guests) has two entrances leading to the garden and behind the residence, and a lovely view of the sea. It includes a spacious living room, a kitchen and a lunch are on the ground floor; the first floor includes a double/twin bedroom, a single room with a French bed, a bathroom with a massage bathtub and another one with a shower.
