Del Sole Motorway A1, take the Bettolle - Valdichiana exit. Take the highway E78 Siena - Bettolle and continue for about 40 km, exiting at Siena Est, then continue towards Grosseto along State Road SS223 for about 10 km, turn right towards Rosia along Provincial Road SP99 and continue for about 6 km until reaching the junction leading to the village of Rosia, turn left into Provincial Road SP73 and after about 5 km take State Road SS541 towards Colle Val d'Elsa, until reaching the junction leading to Podere Casanova on the right.

From North:

Del Sole Motorway A1, take the Firenze - Impruneta exit. Take the highway Firenze - Siena and upon reaching the Tangenziale of Siena continue towards Grosseto along State Road SS223 for about 10 km, turn right towards Rosia along Provincial Road SP99 and continue for about 6 km until reaching the junction leading to the village of Rosia, turn left into Provincial Road SP73 and after about 5 km take State Road SS541 towards Colle Val d'Elsa, until reaching the junction leading to Podere Casanova on the right.
