Residence Lago di Garda is situated in an area surrounded by ancient olive groves and Cypress trees, in a panoramic location only 50 metres from the beach and the lake. Guests are welcomed into art nouveau style interiors finished with fine attention to detail which blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The multilingual staff are always available to lend a hand and deal with any requests guests might have and provide useful tourist information.

The ample interiors make this the perfect choice for small groups and all types of events including birthdays, special occasions, small conferences and meetings without forgetting special events for couples like honeymoons or romantic getaways.

Guests have access to a large external space with 600 metres worth of green countryside where guests can play, walk or swim in the swimming pool. For children there is a brand new fun, colourful play area, completely dedicated to them. Here younger guests can choose from all their favourite toys and games whilst their parents relax by the outdoor pool or the nearby heated hydromassage tub. To complete the list of services on offer are free offers including a drinks corner with hot and cold drinks which guests can help themselves to throughout the day, a water cooler, two convenient car parks, Wi-Fi access, a private jetty and a transfer service to the lakeside towns.

The apartment for 5 people is designed to sleep 2 adults and 3 children with a maximum of 12 years old. If the children are older than 12 years old, a supplement of €20 will be requested.

If guests book a room type which does not correspond to that which they require, they will have to pay the difference in price on site.

The splendid stone villa has luxury rooms and apartments. Each exclusive private terrace has an umbrella, chairs and a table, overlooking the enchanting Lake View. All the apartments have a double bed or two single beds, a double sofabed, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, an LCD screen colour digital television with hot birds ASTRA, a 25/30 square metre private terrace, a safe, bed linen and towels, a well equipped kitchen, a fan assisted oven, a coffee machine, air conditioning, a freezer, 230 I fridge, a 4 ring cooker either gas or electric and a dishwasher (on request).

The beds in the rooms are all finished in handmade wrought iron. The curtains have been carefully chosen, and the floors have been finished either in maple or walnut wood.

La Family Room can sleep 2 adults and 3 children up to the age of 12 years old, it is not suitable for 5 adults.
