Fattoria Montignana, Mercatale

The Agriturismo Fattoria Montignana is found in Mercatale among the beautiful green hills of Chianti in the heart of Tuscany.

This farmhouse has been completely renovated and is now divided into 11 spacious apartments of different sizes that reflect the tradition and characteristics of Tuscan country style, all equipped with the comforts that modern life requires.

Guests of the Fattoria Montignana have access to a private swimming pool, a spacious garden with a solarium, coin laundry and bicycle rental service.

Thanks to its convenient location, this resort makes it easy for guests to reach all of the artistic cities in Tuscany, such as Florence, 20km away, Siena, 50km away, and smaller towns, like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Impruneta, all of which are charming and picturesque.

The following services must be paid for on site: Apartment Deposit (100 euros per room - one off fee - the amount will be refunded following a check of the room/apartment).

La Fattoria Montignana consists of 11 apartments with the following types available:

- 3 two-room apartments (2+2): 1 double room, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, and an en suite bathroom.

- 8 three-room apartments (4+2): 2 double rooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, and an en suite bathroom.

Each apartment has a private entrance and includes an outdoor area from where guests can admire a lovely panoramic view and relax surrounded by the silence and nature.
