For rates to be paid directly at the hotel, guests will be kindly required to make payment of the reservation at check-in.

Guests are informed that:

Water, electricity, heating/air conditioning, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Deposit: €100.00 (cash).

The cleaning of the kitchen is at the expense of the guests; in case on non-fulfilment of this obligation €30 are withheld from the deposit.

Change of linen after 7 nights, change of towels after 11 nights.

Kitchen linen not available (guests can bring this from home).

The 47 apartments are divided into one-room, two-room and three-room apartments.

One-room apartments: can accommodate up to 2 guests and include a sitting area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, satellite colour television, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Two-room apartments: can accommodate up to 4 guests and include a sitting area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a refrigerator, satellite colour television, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Three-room apartments: can accommodate up to 6 guests and include a sitting area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a refrigerator, satellite colour television, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
