General Description

The Ara Coeli hotel, situated in a period building, is a unique informal hotel with its own portico, overlooking little Orta square and the Universitas Ripariae.

The recent renovation has blended contemporary functionality with the bulding's distinctive period character which includes splendid wooden coffered ceilings. The unique shower cubicles in the bedroom and the ceramic panels decorated with a piece of literature or art provide pleasant features in an atmosphere that seems untouched by time.
