Take the SS148 Pontina state road towards Napoli and take the exit for Sabaudia on the SP Migliara 53 provincial road which crosses Foresta del Parco until you reach the centre of Sabaudia.
From Naples
Take the SS7 Appia state road until you reach Formia-Gaeta then continue on Via Flacca until you reach Terracina, here join the SS148 Pontina state road and take the exit for Sabaudia on to the SP Migliara 53 provincial road which crosses Foresta del Parco until you reach the centre of Sabaudia.
From the A1 Milano-Napoli motorway, take the exit for Frosinone and then take the SS 156 Monti Lepini state road towards Latina until you reach the exit for Priverno then take the SP Migliara 53 provincial road which crosses Foresta del Parco until you reach the centre of Sabaudia.
By train
The nearest train station is Priverno Fossanova which is on the Roma-Napoli via Formia line.
From here take the CO.TRA.L bus to Sabaudia.
By bus
From the CO.TRA.L. Terminal Metro/Bus Eur/Fermi in Rome, take a direct bus to Sabaudia.
