The name "Ciuri" is a term of the Sicilian dialect that in English means “Flowers.” One characteristic of the hotel is naming of the rooms by associating them with Sicilian fruits, flowers and plants: lemons, oranges, olives, lavender, jasmine, almonds, pomegranates and daisies.

Each room is externally and internally decorated with the predominate colour associated to the fruit or flower from which it takes its name.

There are 48 rooms available to clients, of which 36 have two Queen sized beds and 12 have a Double sized bed.

All of the rooms are comfortable and bright, decorated with precious Sicilian ceramics and furnishings of a typical local style, climate controlled and equipped with refrigerated mini-bar, colour TV, safe deposit box and an ample panoramic terrace.
