Restaurant and bar
The Restaurant proposes a regional Mediterranean cuisine with a base of genuine fresh ingredients such as local seafood, prime quality meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables and a rich buffet of side dishes.
For lunch, the guests can select from 3 first courses and 3 second courses while for dinner the selection is among 4 first courses and 4 second courses with table service.
The drinks served during the meal including DOC (Registered Designation of Origin) wines from Puglia, mineral water and various beverages are included in the price.

By air
