By car
From Rome:
Take the A1 Milano – Napoli motorway to the Ferentino exit.
Take the Ferentino – Sora clearway to the Castelliri exit (15 km away) and upon reaching Isola del Liri, follow the signs for Arpino.
From Naples
Take the A1 Napoli – Milano motorway to the Pontecorvo exit. Proceed along the SS6 Casilina state road towards Frosinone and then take the SS82 Isola del Liri – Sora state road. At the junction, take the road to Arpino.
The CO.TRA.L. bus service runs daily from the Osteria del Curato district in Rome (Line A underground terminus station Anagnina) to Frosinone and Sora, with a connection to Arpino and Isola del Liri. The Sora – Isola del Liri – Arpino services are more frequent during school term and in concurrence with office hours.
By train
Take the Rome – Naples railway line via Cassino, Frosinone or Roccasecca stations. Take the Roccasecca – Avezzano railway line to the Arpino station.
