General Description

The Hotel La Ninfa is located right on the sea, just a few minutes from the centre of Amalfi. The hotel provides its guests with free access to the beach, the possibility to reserve an umbrella and sunbed, and the chance to use the private parking garage at a reasonable price.

The hotel has Standard and Superior rooms, which are characterised by large windows overlooking the sea.

The rooms have wrought iron furnishings and frescoed walls.

Guests are provided with breakfast and room service is also available.

There is a bus stop close to the hotel providing easy access to the centre of Amalfi and all of the other beautiful localities along the Amalfi Coast, such as Cetara, Atrani, Vietri, Ravello, Minori, Maiori, Furore, Positano and Sorrento.

From the port of Amalfi, ferryboats and hydrofoil boats depart on a regular schedule for Positano, Ischia, Capri, Sorrento and Salerno.

How to reach the hotel

By car

Take the A3 Salerno – Reggio Calabria motorway to the Castellammare di Stabia exit. Follow the directions to Positano-Amalfi.

The Hotel la Ninfa is located after the intersection for Agerola: it is in front of a garage that says “Lone” (just after a large terrace).

By train

Once having arrived in Naples, take the local Circumvesuviana train on the Napoli-Sorrento line. Get off at the last stop at Sorrento Station. The Sita bus to Amalfi stops in front of the station. Ask the driver to stop in front of the Hotel la Ninfa, after the intersection for Agerola (there is a garage in front that says “Lone”).

By plane

There is a Curreri Service shuttle bus that departs from outside the Naples – Capodichino airport going to Sorrento. Get off the shuttle at the last stop in Piazza Tasso. From the square, go to the station and take the bus to Amalfi, asking the driver to stop in front of the Hotel la Ninfa, after the intersection for Agerola (there is a garage in front that says “Lone”).
