Restaurant and bar

The small and welcoming restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people in the dining room and up to 200 people in the outdoor areas next to the swimming pool.

The kitchen serves delicious traditional Sicilian specialities marked for their use of sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, a number of natural seasonings, including the finest capers of the Aeolian islands, bay leaf, basil, mint, parsley, rosemary, sage and pistachios that are grown in the fertile land of Mount Etna.

A true mix of flavours creates some of the most unique dishes in the world, including anchovies, typical aubergine pasta, Etna sausage, pistachio pasta, seafood pasta and other seafood dishes, excellent meat, and a mix of vegetables with extra virgin olive oil.

Every dish is accompanied by fine Sicilian wines, including Etna DOC.
