The restaurant is open to guests not staying at the hotel with a wide range of dishes made using fresh seasonal ingredients.
The dining room is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:30.
The restaurant will not be available from June 27 to August 22, 2010.

Take the A4 Torino – Trieste motorway to the Lisert – Duino exit. Immediately after the tollbooth (which leads to Trieste) head to the San Dorligo della Valle exit.
Turn right at the stop sign and continue straight along the main road; the hotel is located on the right around 1km from the exit.
