The Residence Maresol is found in Vieste in a lovely location with a breathtaking view of the beautiful beaches of Gargano.
Nestled in a flourishing park, the Residence Maresol is surrounded by two hectares of pine forest and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday at the sea.
Friendly staff are pleased to welcome guests, make reservations for trips in the area and recommend outings to explore all the cultural and natural aspects of this area of Gargano.
Guests have access to free parking, free internet access, a free shuttle service to and from the main bus station of Vieste, a terrace, a garden and luggage storage service.

The 20 guest rooms have a minibar, a colour television, a fan, air conditioning (only available in some rooms for an additional fee), a kettle, and an iron and ironing board.
A shared washing machine is available in a separate area for an additional fee.
The Magnolia Suite is surrounded by a flourishing park and consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a furnished panoramic terrace and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The rate for the Suite for two includes the fee for air conditioning.
There are some small villas available in the residence for stays of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

How to reach the hotel
By car
Take the SS89 state road and after Peschici, follow the road to Vieste (not along the coast). Upon reaching the entrance to Vieste, the Gargano bus station is located on the left. Turn right at the junction, follow the directions for Lungomare E. Mattei or for Pugnochiuso.
After 500m, keep to the left and then follow the directions for Lungomare Enrico Mattei. Signs for the hotel are at the second crossroad on the right.
Follow the directions keeping to the right, go through the gate and the hotel is on the right.
From Manfredonia
Go through a long tunnel and turn left at the junction following the directions for Vieste - Litoranea.
Upon reaching the Enrico Mattei di Vieste coastal road: halfway along the coastal road at Camping Sant'Elia, there is a junction; turn left and follow the directions for the Residence.

The local railway station is the Vieste station.
