Residenza degli Oleandri is an old stone farmhouse surrounded by the green Sabine hills, half way between Rieti and Rome.

The careful restoration work was completed at the end of 2009 and has rigorously respected the original architectural aspects, making the residence the perfect choice for a pleasant relaxing holiday far from the chaos of the city.

Situated a few minutes' drive from the A1 motorway (Roma Nord exit) and from the Fara in Sabina train station which has services to Rome and Fiumicino Airport; the residence is also conveniently located near Rome, Tivoli, le Marmore, Farfa and the old Sabini villages, presenting an excellent base from which to visit all the cultural, artistic and gastronomy attractions in the surrounding area.

For relaxation, guests can go for a walk among the Oleanders or visit the oldest olive tree in the world or just make the most of the fresh air at the swimming pool in the main building which is approximately 1 km away.
