Residenza dei Principi di SantaCroce is set in an eighteenth century period building, situated in Umbria in the picturesque village of San Gemini, famous for the natural springs of the same name.
The original building was built by the Principi di Santacroce family in 1720, located next to the San Gemini cathedral and the Chiesa del Duomo.
The attentive, professional staff are happy to welcome guests and supply them with useful tourist information.

The elegant Superior, Deluxe rooms and Suites are situated on 3rd and 2nd floor of the main building.
All the rooms feature a direct dial telephone, air conditioning, a fridge, a colour television and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.
In the west wing of the second floor of the building there are 6 splendid new rooms and de luxe suites which have been decorated with prestigious furniture; all feature exclusive facilities including a maxi Jacuzzi, a hydromassage shower for two and a Turkish bath.

The restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 80 people and has a splendid, panoramic terrace where during the Summer, guests can enjoy meals or cocktails and after dinner drinks.
The chef serves traditional Umbrian cuisine and excellent fish based dishes - sometimes prepared with a modern twist but always respecting traditional recipes.
Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities
The building's beautifully preserved interiors evoke the elegance of a time gone by, for example in the "Sala degli Affreschi" (fresco room), now used for meetings and receptions for a maximum of 80 people.
There is another meeting room available for meetings up to 40 people featuring state of the art conference equipment.

For those arriving from Rome, take the E45 Terni-Cesena road and continue towards Perugia, then take the San Gemini Nord exit.
For those arriving from Rome via the A1 Napoli-Milano motorway, take the exit for Orte, take the motorway link road to Orte Terni, then just before Terni, turn on to the SS75 state road towards Perugia, San Gemini Nord is a few kilometres away.
