Borgo I Tre Baroni, Moggiona Di Poppi

The Borgo I Tre Baroni is found in the Foreste Casentinesi National Park in a lovely panoramic location overlooking the valley of Casentino.

Found in a recently renovated historic noble house, the resort has 24 guest rooms as well as a swimming pool, a lovely panoramic terrace, a reading room, indoor and outdoor dining areas with a panoramic view, extensive parking, gardens and the utmost tranquility and peace.

The Borgo has a total of 24 units available, all of which are decorated with care in an elegant style and equipped with every modern comfort, such as digital colour television, a minibar, a safety deposit box (Suite rooms only), a direct dial telephone, free internet access and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.

Many of the rooms have a private entrance and are divided into different categories:

- AZZURRA SUITE (45 square metres) is characterised by a beautiful canopy bed completely hand decorated like the rest of the furnishings and a lovely bathroom. With a breathtaking view of the valley and the castle, it is the most elegant and refined room.

- ROSA SUITE (45 square metres) includes an entranceway and is very warm and welcoming. It has a lovely view of the town of Moggiona and the valley of Casentino. The décor is enriched by beautiful antique furnishings.

- SAN ROMUALDO SUITE is very unique, made entirely of wood and was dedicated to the founding saint of the order of the Camaldolite monks.

Spacious and intimate (around 48 square metres), it was built on two floors with a raised area and has a private entrance, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a loft with a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom.

- COMFORT ROOMS: (from 22 to 28 square metres) these rooms have a view of the forest or of the valley of Casentino. These carefully prepared rooms are luminous with hand painted décor. For 2 to 3 guests, some also have a private entrance.

- FAMILY SUITES: The 5 Family Suites in the hotel (around 45 square metres) consist of an entranceway, two separate adjoining bedrooms and a private bathroom. Each room is equipped with every comfort and is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends travelling together. Double and twin beds are available. These rooms have a view of the forest and of the village of Moggiona. Many of these rooms also have a private entrance.

- IL PELLICANO OLD STYLE APARTMENT: The Pellicano Old Style (around 60 square metres) was created from the renovation of an old Tuscan cottage and has maintained the style and tradition of a country house. It is located just 2m away from the Borgo and 5m from the panoramic terrace with a swimming pool. The simple, convenient décor (Tuscan Arte Povera style) is made entirely of wood. The Pellicano (capacity of 2 to 4 guests) consists of a private entrance, a hallway with stairs, two double bedrooms (each with an en suite bathroom), a living room with a full kitchen, a table and chairs. There is also a private garden with tables and chairs and a lovely view of the valley.
