Tenuta Quarrata, San Pietro Belvedere

The Residenza Tenuta Quarrata is found in Santo Pietro Belvedere in the heart of the province of Pisa.

The building dates back to the late 18th century and is found on a hilltop surrounded by a historic park with olive trees.

Renovated according to the original architecture using carefully selected bio-architecture materials such as stone, bricks, limestone and wood, the estate consists of Villa San Giorgio, the farmhouse with a private chapel and a cellar.

The estate grounds include a large panoramic swimming pool, a tennis court, a small playground for children and private parking for guests.

La Tenuta Quarrata provides guests with different apartments while maintaining the original style and Tuscan décor.

The following options are available:

- two room apartments with a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom;

- two room loft apartments with a double bedroom, a living room with a raised area, two single beds, a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom;

- three room apartments with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom.

Two Suites in the Villa are also available:

- Suite Etrusco with a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a private terrace, a private entrance with an elevator and an en suite bathroom.

- Suite Tuscania with a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a spacious living room with two sofa beds, a kitchenette, a private terrace, a private entrance with an elevator and two en suite bathrooms.

Bedroom and bathroom linens are available upon request for a fee to be paid on site.
