Tenuta San Marcello is situated in a beautiful location, nestled among the lovely hilltops of Le Marche just a short distance from the velvet sand of Senigallia, the ideal place to relax and unwind while enjoying a breathtaking view.

Found in a renovated farmhouse in Contrada Melano, it combines local tradition, simplicity and elegance with a range of modern comforts.

After exploring the characteristic medieval villages, charming artistic cities or the nearby Frasassi caves, guests can watch the beautiful sunset by the swimming pool while sampling a glass of house wine and delicious local specialities.

The estate has a large courtyard, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a playground for children, a fully-equipped cellar for micro vinification, a well-stocked wine bar, a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, ping pong, darts, and an athletic trail through the vineyards.

Wine tastings and sampling of local specialities can be arranged, as well as cooking classes focussing on dishes from Le Marche, with samples of extra virgin olive oil and wine.

Guests have access to bicycles, a shuttle to and from the airport and the Jesi and Senigallia railway stations, a babysitting service, and a beautician.

Final cleaning is included in the price of the apartment.

The old hayloft, stables and farmhouse have been completely remodelled and made into 8 spacious and luminous double rooms, including 2 Privilège rooms with a Jacuzzi, as well as 4 apartments with a private entrance and a pergola consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette.

An apartment and adjoining double room can be used as a 3 room apartment with two bathrooms.

Furthermore, guests have the option of reserving the entire floor (for 8 + 2 guests), with exclusive access to the kitchen and living room with a fireplace.

All of the rooms are equipped with a colour television, air conditioning, a telephone, a safety deposit box, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and linen.

The double rooms can be made into twin rooms with separate beds.

Two room for 4 guests (2 + 2) - 1 double bedroom + sofa bed for 2;

Three room for 6 guests (4 + 2) - 2 double bedrooms + sofa bed for 2.
