Completely renovated, the Residence is the ideal place to spend a lovely, relaxing holiday in the Romagna region.

Guests have access to a private beach, a private use Spa Suite, a spacious children's play area, a laundry service, a 24 hour reception service, a TV lounge and free bicycle hire. A supervised car park (charges apply) is available 200 metres away as well as an unsupervised car park with limited spaces which is situated below the hotel.

From 2nd June to 10th September, the beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment) is included in the price for bookings of a minimum of 3 nights except for the 4 person apartment.

For stays with less than 3 nights the use of the kitchen is subject to a supplement of 12€.

Recently renovated, all of the apartments have a frontal or side sea view and feature air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a direct dial telephone, a colour television, Wi-Fi access, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
