General Description
The T Hotel is a 4 star hotel situated in the center of Cagliari, near the Teatro Lirico a short distance from the Torri Pisane, the Roman Amphitheatre, the arcades of Via Roma and the commercial area of the town, just 4km from the beautiful Poetto beach.
The hotel, lined with white marble and silver-blue glass, is composed of 4 main buildings around an internal open-air courtyard, and a 15-storey glass tower.
The hotel has 207 guest rooms, a bar, 2 restaurants, a conference centre, a wellness centre with rejuvenating treatments, a spacious hot tub, a Turkish bath, multi-sensory showers, herbal teas and a fitness centre with a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical machine, press-up benches and a vibration plate.
The T SPA offers a wide selection of European and Oriental massages as well as Comfort Zone body and facial treatments from the Shiseido group.
The centre is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and is also accessible to children accompanied by an adult, between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Water wings and rubber rings are available and during the summer a play area for children is available in the foyer of the hotel.

How to reach the hotel
From Cagliari – Elmas airport or from the “SS131” road, take the “SS 554” road towards Cagliari and follow the signs marked "Cagliari Pirri" and "Ospedali". With the hospital on your right, proceed towards "Cagliari Centro", turn right after the Iperstanda store and follow the signs for "Cagliari Centro" and Via Valenzani. At the first crossroads after the Conad supermarket, turn right and proceed into Via Ciusa, and then straight on at the traffic light along Via Bacaredda. Turn left (after the second Agip garage) into Via Cao di San Marco and then left again. The hotel is in Via Dei Giudicati, facing the Teatro Lirico theatre, behind Piazza Giovanni XXIII.
From the port of Cagliari, drive down Via Roma on the side closest to the sea, continue along Viale Colombo and turn left at the third traffic light in the direction of Via Dante. Turn left at the next traffic light, then immediately right into Via Bottego and then take Viale Cimitero. Go straight on along Viale Cimitero and then Via Dante, in the left-hand lane, to Piazza Giovanni XXIII. At the end of the road, in front of the square, turn left and then right into Via Giudice Torbeno.
From Cagliari station, in Piazza Matteotti, take the M bus in the direction of Via San Gottardo, getting off at the stop in Via Bacaredda; the hotel is 200 metres down on the right.
Alternatively, from the bus stop in Largo Carlo Felice, take the number 1 bus in the direction of Via F. Gioia to the stop in Piazza Giovanni XXIII; the hotel is 150 metres down on the left.
