General Description
Villa Arditi è una storica dimora di Presicce progettata nel 1909 dall’architetto Luigi Carlo Arditi di Castelvetere.
Il portico di ingresso con 4 colonne tuscaniche inquadra i tre portoni da cui si accede al vestibolo. Allo stesso livello corrisponde un ampio piano seminterrato dedicato ai ricevimenti, un tempo destinato alle attività produttive e agli alloggi di servizio.
Al di là della splendida piscina, nel verde dell'ampio parco, è presente l'antica scuderia in cui sono stati ricavati dei monolocali residence per gli ospiti.
L'accurato lavoro di restauro ha restituito la residenza al suo antico splendore e l'ha trasformata in una struttura ricettiva dotata dei comfort di categoria 4 stelle.
Situata a pochi chilometri dal mare, Villa Arditi vanta una posizione ottimale rispetto alle maggiori attrattive del Salento.

Imboccare la SS275 per Santa Maria di Leuca fino all'uscita Presicce - Alessano, e giunti alla rotonda proseguire a sinistra in Via Roma.

Dalla Stazione ferroviaria di Lecce proseguire con i treni delle Ferrovie Sud-Est fino alla Stazione di Presicce.
