Villa Cicchi is located on a hill overlooking Ascoli Piceno, in a tranquil and panoramic area surrounded by a century-old park.
Realized by the skillful restoration of a holiday house dated to the end of the 17th century, Villa Cicchi is characterized by its refined environments enriched by splendid decorations, assuring high quality services and modern comfort.
A short road lined with trees leads to the internal parking area with the entrance of the Villa located in a courtyard housing a private chapel dedicated to Madonna dell'Assunta,.
A spacious garden named 'alla grotta' and a wonderful swimming pool are also located to the side of the road.
