From the A1 Milano - Napoli motorway, take the Firenze Scandicci exit and head towards Pisa - Livorno to the Lastra a Signa exit.
After having gone through town, turn left at the railway bridge (leaving the railway station on the right) and continue straight. After around 3km and after having passed the Malmantile junction, the Villa is located on the left.
By train
The Lastra a Signa railway station is located around 3km from Villa Saulina.
By plane
Florence airport is located around 15km away. From here, take the bus to Florence Central Station and then take the train to Lastra a Signa.
