Sarah is very nice. Her room is airy, clean and the shared bathroom as well. The washing mashing is definitly a plus and it's very very close to the train station. It is a great value and it's quiet as well.

Merci de votre accueil et de nous avoir permis de connaitre votre papa; la marche à pied avec le cai était très belle.

Nous sommes très déçus du petit déjeuner qui n'en n'est pas un!! La responsable du B&B nous a donné un bon pour retirer un café et une viennoiserie dans le rade du coin de la rue!

Cela ne correspond pas du tout avec l'idée que nous nous faisons d'un Bread and Breakfast!

La chambre était convenable mais rien d'extraordinaire, avec une odeur d'égout assez gênante...

Nous ne sommes pas certain que la catégorie "bed and breakfast" correspond bien à cet hôtel!

Ce n'est pas une résidence où vit le propriétaire...seulement 5 voyageurs dans les 5 chambres!

Il n'y a pas de repas sur place, mais l'on vous remet un coupon pour la boulangerie qui est à 500 mètres de là...

Et le propriétaire ne nous demande notre heure d'arrivée que la journée même...pour nous remettre les 5 clés, ce qui est assez "bizarre" lorsqu'on considère que nous avons accès difficilement à nos courriels puisque nous circulons partout en Europe!

Une semaine avant serait plus adéquat...

The bathroom smelled awful. Even though it looked clean, it never stopped smelling so bad. So we had to keep the door closed at all times. Also, the walls are very thin and we could hear everything the neighbours were doing. The bed was also very cheap. Every morning we got breakfast tickets to a choice between two bakeries which gave us a brioche and a coffee. So every morning we had to take some more food along with us because after one hour we were hungry again.

The B & B is located very near the train station and is not far from other interesting things in La Spezia. Its location was good. The staff was also very helpful, though not always there. Overall I felt like I didn't get a good value for my money, when I followed up my stay with a pension in Süd Tirol where breakfast was very hearty and the beds were much better quality.

Nous avons été extrrèmement déçus par le petit déjeuner. Celui ci se prend dans le bar du coin et est composé uniquement d'un café et d'une croissanterie. Finalement il faut payer un suplément pour un deuxième croissant. En conclusion l'acceuil était parfait, la chambre propre mais bruyante étant proche d'une voie a grande circulation. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.
