Se possibile migliorare il buffet colazione (anche se per me sufficiente). Ho ricevuto ottima assistenza dalla reception per la ricerca di un taxi nella mattinata della grande nevicata a Bologna.

Essendo siciliano ,e dopo parecchio tempo che non mi recavo a Bologna avevo dimenticato che ancora persistono ahimè stupidi pregiudizi e comportamenti antimeridionali da parte del vostro personale .Invito tali persone di non aspettare che facciano il ponte per venire in Sicilia.

Ci è stata offerto un appartamento al posto della camera allo stesso prezzo, quindi la pulizia dello stesso era buona ma, non è stato fatto nessun servizio durante la permanenza. L'appartamento era comunque in ottime condizioni. Faccio notare la presenza di alimenti per intolleranze alimenti che non sempre si trovano nelle strutture alberghiere. Continuate in questa direzione e sarà nostra cura pubblicizzare la catena best western.
