La stanza in cui ho alloggiato, nel sottotetto al 5° piano, è molto piccola e soffocante avendo solo la finestra sul tetto che, di notte, non è prudente lasciare aperta.

Ubicación: muy buena.
Personal del hotel: Excelente (lo mejor del hotel es su personal), son todos amabilísimos, gentiles, profesionales.
Infraestructura del hotel: hay que mejorar algunas cosas. Las toallas son simples paños de tela fina, hay que sustituirlas por toallas "normales". El agua caliente sólo sale tibia.

Aunque los hoteles en Italia son más caros que en España, el precio de este hotel me parece un poco elevado si lo comparamos con otros de semejantes servicios y características, en Florencia, por ejemplo. Un detalle es que el Wi-Fi es de pago. Otro, el reducido y antiguo baño de la habitación que ocupé. La pésima iluminación del baño. Otro, la estrechez de las camas (80 cm) y el colchón más bien blando. La habitación también era reducida con un minúsculo armario, pero lo peor las instalaciones del baño para el precio diario de la habitación.
