Wir wurden sehr herzlich im Hotel in Empfang genommen. Die Flasche Wein tat ihr Übriges. Wir durften bereits um 13:30 in unser Apartment was völlig unseren Erwartungen entsprach und mit der Beschreibung übereinstimmte. Später haben wir dann den guten Geist des Hauses Gabriella kennengelernt. Sie hat sich die gesamte Woche liebevoll um uns und all die anderen Gäste gekümmert. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hat sie mit allen ein kurzen small Talk geführt um zu erfahren, ob alles in Ordnung ist und noch etwaige Wünsche bestehen. Am meisten haben wir uns über die private Führung durch das Castel gefreut. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wünschen allen die sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert haben immer liebe Gäste und ein gut besuchtes Haus.
