General Description
Relais della Rovere is situated in Colle Di Val D'Elsa within a old, densely vegetated park.
The hotel is spread across three period buildings: an old Benedictine convent, a farmhouse and a renaissance villa that belonged to Pope Giulio II. Careful restoration has successfully maintained the original materials and structural lines, and revived the interiors to evoke the original charm of a time gone by.
The large rooms within the convent and the villa are connected by a bright corridor which overlooks the internal cloisters.
The splendid travertine marble swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas providing a lovely place where guests can sit back and relax.

The Relais has 30 rooms of varying types which are spread across an old convent, a farmhouse and a renaissance villa.
The convent rooms are characterised by modern furnisings which match the exposed beam ceilings and warm parquet floors.
The rooms in the farmhouse stand out for their wrought iron beds decorated with original drapery, antique Tuscan furniture from the 1800's, terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings.
The villa offers luxury accommodation with rose marble bathrooms, antique furniture and tapestries, prints and exposed beam ceilings.
All the rooms have a colour satellite television, minibar, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and heating which can be regulated directly from the room, electric safe, personalised toiletries and a modem, en suite bathroom with bath or hydromassage shower and hairdryer.

The “Il Cardinale” restaurant, built in to the villa's old cellar, serves traditional Tuscan recipes, re-worked with the chef's imagination and inspiration.
The ingredients and seasonal produce are carefully selected and prepared using time-honoured cooking methods.
During the Summer, lovely candlelit dinners are served in the cloisters.
The hotel can cater for wedding receptions, birthday parties, dinners, banquets, working breakfasts and any kind of special meal.
The winelist includes an excellent selection of local, national and foreign wines.
Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities
The Relais della Rovere offers large rooms equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for the successful hosting of events for up to 180 people.

Follow signs for Siena and from there, take the road that connects Siena to Florence until you reach the exit for Colle Val d'Elsa.
