Nous sommes arrivés et nous n'avons pas pu avoir accès à la piscine car il avait plus dans la matinée, alors qu'il faisait beau l'après-midi.
Nous n'avons pas réussi à avoir internet dans la soirée de notre premier jour.
Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau, d'electricité et internet à notre réveil le lendemain matin.
Nous n'avons eu internet qu'une heure dans la deuxième soirée de notre séjour.
Nous n'avons eu aucun geste de dédommagement alors que la moindre des choses aurait été d'accepter notre requête.
Le mécontentement est donc entier, d'autant plus que le manager n'a pas été joignable.

The reason that we enjoyed our stay at the Eden Park was due to the location - and the important factor of having our own transport. Access to any of the Tuscany area attractions was comfortably accessed from this location. The unit was spacious, had WI-FI access (very useful for planning the next adventure), very secure and the only thing missing was an ironing board/Iron. Would recommend.

The park had only just been finished but was pleasant. The breakfast was fair. The swimming pool was nice and the rooms were large.
