Exchange of room by the nuisance of noise

Ottimo, posizione centrale, molto gentili, prezzi buoni.

Une seule remarque: pas de bon jus d'orange.

Noisy!

Great location but noisy at night!

It would be great if hotels would put a tray in the room with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is very expensive and there was no cooked option-eggs, bacon....

Hotel is charming but rooms could do with some refurbishment as the beds were creaky and tables and chairs very old.

L'hotel è un bellissimo edificio storico, i mobili d'epoca e l'arredamento valgono sicuramente il soggiorno anche pure di una sola notte. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. È veramente un peccato che il personale della reception sia così negligente nel dare informazioni ai clienti in quanto, pur essendo il cliente a conoscenza del parcheggio riservato dell'hotel e dopo varie richieste per il posto auto, non è stato informato che lo stesso era da prenotare anticipatamente causando malcontento e inutile perdita di tempo da parte del cliente.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad Schimmel und der Allgemeinzutand: sehr abgewohnt! Lage toll, aber unser Zimmer (traditionale!) nach hinten raus und sehr laut. Es war sicher einmal ein sehr schönes Hotel!....es war einmal.....!

This hotel is perfect when you need a place to stay in Pisa.

My only problem was the exceedingly uncomfortable bed - the base and mattress sagged in the middle. I am still receiving treatment for my back, which was badly affected. Staff brought a board to fit between the base and the mattress, which helped, but the mattress had clearly become fixed in a curve. As the board was so easily available, I assumed that all or most of the beds had the same problem. They need to be replaced. Apart from this, the hotel was well-located and I enjoyed looking at the old maps and prints, staff were lovely, and breakfast was magnificent.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Vraiment charmant, dans la vieille ville, près de tout. La vue sur l'Arno, la promenade le long du cours d'eau. De plus, les gens qui viennent s'y retrouver le soir en font un site très animé et vivant, mais ceci dans une ambiance très agréable. C'est une partie de la ville à voir ! Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très accueillant. Cet hôtel est riche d'histoire. De plus, nous avions une grande chambre et les meubles étaient magnifiques. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, que de bonnes choses. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Pise et nous souhaitons y retourner, un peu plus longtemps toutefois. 1 journée, ce n'est pas assez. Et si nous y retournons, il est certain que ce sera dans cet hôtel.

Meno schiamazzi all'esterno e ubriachi che circolano a qualsiasi ora. Intorno all'albergo sarebbe importante avere dei ristoranti molto più tranquilli e non solo pizzerie chiassose.

My family (two teenage daughters and husband) and I had a wonderful start to our holiday in Tuscany at the Royal Victoria Hotel. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and courteous, the building was delightful. We especially enjoyed a glass of prosecco on the roof terrace before going out into Pisa for our evening meal. A lovely hotel which I would recommend to friends and would certainly visit again.

Very nice old fashion hotel in Pisa Historical Centre, i would not hesitate to stay there again. Tomas Nilsson
