Klimatyzacja w pokojach od godziny 07.00 do godziny 23.00 (bardzo odczuwalny brak klimatyzacji latem w nocy), personel recepcji po popełnieniu pomyłki nie przyznaje się do błędu i nie współpracuje z gośćmi.
Air conditioning in rooms from 07.00 hours to 23.00 hours (very noticeable lack of air conditioning in the summer at night), the reception staff after committing a mistake by not admit to error and does not work with the guests.
