There was no coffee machine my the room, however there was a vending machine in the lobby. Francis and Olga were helpful, and other staff members were friendly and polite as well! I thought I booked 2 beds, I was told it was a double bed, but I was given 2 beds at the end. I appreciate the service very much! My bed was made daily and linen changed on the third day. It was not very convenient to have to get dressed first thing in the morning to go get a cup of coffee next door! Breakfast was not the best (all sweets) but when in Rome..."-" I enjoyed a nice cup of cappuccino at the bar, instead!

Mi sono trovato bene e devo ringraziare poiché avevo dimenticato una cinta e il personale mi ha contattato per telefono per avvertirmi inoltre grossa sorpresa quando sono andato a riprenderla ho trovato una stupenda ragazza e anche molto gentile. Grazie di tutto!
