We were allocated room No 9 which appears to be the best room in hotel. With 1 night remaining we were TOLD that we had to pack our bags and move to "an equally beautiful room". this room was much smaller with a tiny bathroom, We refused to move as our time in Florence was precious & to pack up, then unpack and repack again for 1 night seemed absolutely insane. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay as our room/bathroom was an adequate size. Website description from the Hotel does not accurately all rooms.

I really liked the Hotel and terrace. The Staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and enough. I ate so much as much I wanted it. I had choosed this hotel because I really liked photos about the hotel. It was a little bit far from the town centre but I knew about it. The bus stop was very near to hotel but I wanted to walk. Supermarket, restaurant and bar was very near to the hotel. So If I go to Florence I would stay in Hotel Ungherese again. :)
