Reviews I Coralli - Monterosso Al Mare

I had read some negative reviews on internet about I Coralli but I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Room was very nice and at a convenient location.

A very quaint hotel, great location offering an interesting experience as it has the room only but provided good breakfast at nearby cafe. Very helpful hotelier. Would stay again.

Hotel room was very clean. It was nothing more than a room with a bed and a small bathroom but this is all that was needed for our stay as we were not there to hang out in our hotel room. The credit that was given to us for breakfast at a bar around the corner could not be used as they did not open until 10 am. We wanted to get our day started much before this so it was up to us to find our own breakfast. The hostess was very nice but the location was very difficult to find and we had to get some help from the locals to find it. Overall a good experience but a bit expensive for what you get.

No es un hotel, es una habitación con baño (que es nuevo, pero no sirve para lo que se supone que debe ser, ya que no puedes sentarte, no hay suficiente espacio).

La habitación tiene acceso desde la calle por una escalera

estrecha, de unos 10/12 escalones altos y de dificil acceso,

escalera en lamentable estado de pintura, tengo unas fotos si les interesa verlas.

Llegamos dentro del horario establecido, que ellos informan para hacer la recepción. Un papel pegado con un celo, en la escalera avisaba de que en la planta baja estarian esperando, no habia

nadie, esperamos una hora, al ver que no venia nadie, llamamos por teléfono después de 15 minutos aparecio corriendo una señora, nos instala en una habitación y al enterarse de que sólo estaríamos 1 noche, nos lleva a otra habitación más pequeña.

La otra era para otra pareja que también tenían que llegar, la Sra. se marcho, 5 minutos mas tarde bajemos y la Sra. ya no estaba, los

que si estaban eran los Sres, que tenían que llegar, pero claro la Sra. ya se había marchado. Los Sres. no llevaban teléfono para avisarla. Lo hicimos nosotros más tarde, por que nos cruzamos con ella por la calle y claro salió corriendo otra vez.

LAMENTABLE SERVICIO.

There were ants in the room, and a bad smell.

It was difficult to get the key. There was none at the reception, only a paper with an mobilnumber. I did not have a mobiltelephone with me at this travel.

But there was kindly neighbours to the hotel.

The breakfast was at a little place and you have to sit outside also when it was raining and cold. The breakfast was good with fresh bread and ham.

Le petit déjeuner servi dans une supérette des environs avec stock de beurre rance : bref, pas du tout à la hauteur.Tout ceci n'est pas normal pour le prix payé.

Son dos habitaciones, sin recepción. Tuve que ir tres veces a buscar la persona que tenia la llave de la habitación. Fue exigido el pago anticipado. El agua de la ducha no calentaba. Ademas, había muchas hormigas en la habitación. Es una acomodación precaria. E mi opinión al mismo precio se pueden encontrar alojamientos mejores el la región.

Coralli verdient den Namen Hotel nicht. Es werden nur 2 Zimmer angeboten, ohne Hotelinfrastruktur wie Aufenthaltsraum etc.Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und schön gestaltet. Zum Frühstück, welches im Preis imbegriffen war, erhlielten wir einen Bon, den wir in einer Bar einlösen konnten. Der Bon enthielt nur ein Caffee und ein Brioche, was überhaupt keinem Frühstück entsprach. Nach diesbezüglichen Beanstandungen ergänzte die Besitzerin den Frühstücksbon mit Butter, Marmalade, Käse und Brot. Das "Hotel" Coralli dürfte höchtens als "Bed and Breakfast" angeboten werden. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Nice little kitchenettes. Breakfast down the road at a bar. They said, "Parking" but they didn't say it was a mile away & that we would have to pay a taxi to take us back to the car when we left. We asked for a triple room, but they had squeezed a single bed into a very small room. The bathroom was wonderful however & very close to everything. Jimmi Hunt--Seattle
