What was very bad was the young sons managing! They were really nasty to us about our arrival time. We could not help that we did not arrive before 7 PM. We called ahead of time while on the train to let them know and they at first acted like they would not allow us to register that eve. We had no where else to go . We called back again to tell them we had confirmation of our rooms. So they had no choice. When we arrived at 9PM the office was closed so we hailed a local person on the street to ask if she had a phone, she was kind enough to call. They finally came after we waited 20 minutes! They need new management! They were not good about providing clean laundry. False advertising I would say!

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en nombre insuffisant par exemple des bols, une éplucheuse de carottes, une essoreuse de salade, une ou deux casseroles supplémentaires. C'est une adresse à recommander.

The hotel was sufficient for the stay, but there were some issues. I booked two separate single rooms which were apartments. They were very clean and sufficiently comfortable, but in one the television did not work and there was no hanging space for any clothes due to the room being vandalised by previous guests who destroyed the wardrobe. It is not correct that we did not have this facility as we paid for it in the price of the room. Lighting was poor in the rooms, difficult to read. It was very noisy out on the street immediately in front of one of the rooms with kids playing at night, which I appreciate is difficult for the hotel to control. The balcony doors in one apartment were not possible to lock (locks broken) which might make some guests nervous. Staff pleasant.
