Un buonissimo hotel.

Migliorare il servizio transfer con l'aeroporto galilei che negli ultimi anni è scadente e non sempre garantito in fase di orario prima mattina e tarda serata.

The young lady answering the phone was not able to help us with driving directions while we were in town stuck in traffic....next time we don't bring the car or get GPS!

Like building site road in incomplete, shower was in the bath, under staffed, no wi fi,rooms not soundproofed enough,bedroom door not fitted correct light shone through all night, breakfasts noisy working on the hotel. Not 5 star.Posatife point staff where good and view and the work as tastefully done

I booked the hotel in March 2013 and only on arriving in the hotel was I told that my booking had not been accepted due to a credit card mix up. The e mail informing me of this had been sent on 8th Sept, when I was already in Italy staying in a different hotel and unable to access my e mails. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times previously and it was okay, but after this time never again. We had a meal in it the night we stayed, and the food had to be sent back. There was one elderly waiter covering the restaurant and it was like something from Fawlty Towers.

Pensando al livello dello albergo mi sembra giusto rimarcare la mancanza di un collegamento (shuttle) efficiente e gratuito con aeroporto;la navetta dovrebbe essere sempre a disposizione su prenotazione, senza costi per i clienti( se uno e' da solo la richiedesse costerebbe 15 euro, quando un taxi ne costa 8-9 euro).

Credo che la struttura e la posizione meritino una maggiore cura.

La cosa più confortante è l'avviso in ascensore a proposito di una prossima ristrutturazione.

I think the hotel needs complete overhaul!

La stanza era piena di zanzare. In tutti gli ambienti era percepibile

un odore indefinibile ma alquanto fastidioso.

Qualità prezzo veramente ottimi. Posizione superstrategica.

Personale addetto alla ristorazione non adeguato.
