La maison est très belle et calme. Nous étions dans l'annexe qui est spacieuse, mais il n'y avait pas de chauffage, et nous avons eu un peu froid pour la douche. Sinon notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

La villa è come descritta carina, antica.....mi permetto qualche consiglio......
dovrebbero mettere il telefono nelle camere visto che il servizio portineria non è attivo 24 ore su 24....manca l'aria condizionata e per questo motivo consiglio di non pernottare in estate.....non c'è un minibar nelle stanze......e poi per favore!!!!! il vialone che porta alla villa dovrebbe essere illuminato e asfaltato, è un pericolo per i nostri pneumatici...
non credo di ritornarci...

Accueil en français, chambre spacieuse et confortable, la propriété est luxueuse et sécurisée.
Toutes les informations utiles sur la ville de Florence,les restaurants de qualité, le plan de la ville, et les moyens de transport sont données à l'arrivée. les entrées dans les musées nationaux peuvent être réservés sur place sur internet, pour éviter les files d'attente.
Un arrêt de bus pour le centre historique de lla ville est à 5 minutes à pieds de la villa, le trajet en bus dure 10 minutes
La voiture peut rester dans le parc fermé de la villa

Vieillot, un petit rafraichissement de la décoration de chambre serait nécessaire.
Très belle villa par ailleurs dans un parc magnifique, loin de l'agitation des hauts lieux touristiques de Florence.
Manque une TV aussi, repos mérité après les visites....

Mi dispiace molto dover dare un giudizio così negativo , purtroppo però per quanto riguarda Villa Ulivi , vorrei segnalare la totale mancanza dei servizi che sono elencati nel sito . La categoria 4 stelle è in realtà un'esagerazione viste le condizioni in cui si trova l'hotel . La struttura sarebbe anche degna ma è totalmente lasciata a se stessa , ad esempio il viale di accesso è poco illuminato e non è pavimentato , sulla strada non c'è nessuna insegna che indichi l'hotel , le stanze non vengono pulite a dovere .

E' assolutamente necessario che l'ingresso sia segnalato con una insegna adeguata poichè ora c'è solo una piccolissima e ambigua ( Villa Ulivi srl )indicazione nel piccolo spazio del campanello.
