Residence Limoneto, San Nicolò

The Residence Limoneto is found in San Nicolò, just a short distance away from Capo Vaticano and Tropea, surrounded by lush greenery. This peaceful location far from the noise and chaos of the city is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation on the sea.

The hotel includes a main building and an outbuilding, and is found only 200m away from the white sandy beach with picturesque rocks, the perfect landscape for taking a relaxing walk, for exploring the typical towns in the area or for visiting the nearby Aeolian Islands.

Guests have access to convenient parking under surveillance, a small area for children, a barbecue, a spacious swimming pool, entertainment staff, a bar and coin laundry.

The residence has a range of different apartments available in the main building:

- Two room apartments for 4 people with a double bedroom, bunk beds, a kitchen, a veranda and an en suite bathroom.

- Three room apartments for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a veranda and 2 en suite bathrooms.

- Three room apartments for 4 people with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony and an en suite bathroom.

- Two room apartments for 5 people with a double bedroom, bunk beds, a living room with a kitchenette and a bed, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom; an additional bed can be added for a sixth guest (bunk beds).

- Three room apartments for 4 people with 1 double bedroom, an anteroom with bunk beds, a kitchen, an outdoor gazebo and an en suite bathroom.

The outbuilding is located 250m away from the main building, in a lovely area measuring 50,000 square metres only 450m away from the beach, and includes:

- Two room apartments for 4 people (type A) with a bedroom for 4, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished veranda and an en suite bathroom (all on the ground floor).

- Two room apartments for 4 people (type B) with a double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bunk beds, a furnished veranda and an en suite bathroom (on the ground floor).

- Two room apartments for 5 people (type C) with triple bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bunk beds, a furnished veranda and an en suite bathroom (all on the ground floor).

- Super two room apartments for 5 people (type D) with a double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace and an en suite bathroom (all on the first floor).

- Two room apartments for 5 people (type E) with a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an additional bed, a furnished terrace, and an en suite bathroom; a bunk bed for a 6th guest can be added in the living room.

- Two room apartments for 5 people (type F) with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an additional bed, a furnished terrace, and an en suite bathroom; a bunk bed for a 6th guest can be added in the living room (all on the first floor).

Mandatory additional charges:

- 35 euros per person per week (excluding children under three years of age) for the consumption of water, electricity, gas, SKY TV, use of the swimming pool and transportation to and from the Ricadi station.

This also covers day and evening entertainment from 21/6 to 30/8.

- A final cleaning at a cost of 45 euros for standard two-room apartments or 50 euros for larger two-room apartments and three-room apartments (excluding the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by guests before leaving the apartment).

- A security deposit of 100 euros to be refunded at the end of the stay after verifying the condition of the apartment.

Optional charges:

- bedroom linens can be rented for 10 euros per person and must be changed once a week.

- bathroom linens can be rented for 10 euros per person and must be changed once a week.

- a beach is located 200m away where guests can rent umbrellas and sunbeds (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 50 euros per week - this should be booked when making a reservation).

- small pets are accepted for a cost of 30 euros for a final cleaning (this should be noted when making a reservation).

- a parking space can be booked for a cost of 30 euros per week.
