By car

From the north:

Take the A14 Adriatica Bologna – Ancona motorway to the Ravenna exit. Continue towards Lidi Sud – Rimini until reaching the Cesena Nord exit, then take the E45 expressway towards Ravenna and take the Casemurate exit. Head towards Cervia along the SS254 state road (Km 16) to the Cesena exit, take the SS71bis state road towards Cervia, then follow the directions for Milano Marittima.

From the centre-south:

Take the E45 expressway to the Casemurate exit. Head towards Cervia and follow the directions for Milano Marittima.

From the south:

Take the A14 Adriatica Bari – Bologna motorway to the Cesena exit. Head along the SS71bis state road towards Cervia and follow the directions for Milano Marittima.

By train

From Europa, the Riviera can be reached via Bologna by taking the passings of Tarvisio, Brennero, San Gottardo and Sempione.

- The Cervia railway station is on the Rimini – Ravenna railway line;

- The Cesena railway station is found on the Milano – Bologna – Ancona railway line.
