From the A3 Napoli – Salerno motorway, follow the directions for Penisola Sorrentina to the Castellammare di Stabia exit and continue along the SS145 state road towards Sant'Agnello. Before reaching the main square, turn right and take Via dei Pini (on the same side as the service station).
The Hotel Mediterraneo is found on the left after having passed the Church of Frati Cappuccini.
By train
From Naples Central Station, take the local train on the Circumvesuviana line to Sorrento and get off at the Sant’Agnello stop.
From Sant’Agnello Station, take a taxi or walk (around 10 minutes) to the left, taking Viale dei Pini all the way to the end.

By plane
From Naples Capodichino International Airport, located 50km from Sorrento, take the bus service (the Curreri line) to Sant'Agnello.
Get off at the main square in Sant'Agnello, take Viale dei Pini (on the same side as the service station) and continue to the end of the road. The Hotel Mediterraneo is found on the left after having passed the church of Frati Cappuccini.
