The Residence Il Castagno Toscana is found in Madonna Di Furinaia on the edge of the metalliferous hills that extend to the sea and surround the Maremma area.
The building is an old Tuscan country house surrounded by a historic chestnut grove. It has been renovated and divided into eight apartments, four on the ground floor, three on the first floor and a mansard on the second floor.
The hotel has extensive private parking, a large park with a swimming pool and massage jets, a shuttle service for a fee, baby sitting service for a fee and a ping pong table.
The hotel also has special rates arranged with Il Pozzolungo restaurant, with the parks of Val di Cornia and with Golf Club Toscana.

Il Pozzolungo restaurant and pizzeria is located around 800m away from the hotel and is found in a small square within the city walls of Campiglia Marittima, one of the most charming in the village.
In the winter, the wood-burning stove provides a cosy environment while in the summer, guests can eat in the piazza and enjoy the fresh air.
The menu has a selection of first courses and a number of second courses, including both meat and seafood.
La Panca bar has been the heart of Campiglia life for years and serves delicious cocktails and long drinks.

From the A11 Firenze - Pisa motorway, take the Rosignano exit and continue along the SS Aurelia state road towards Grosseto until reaching the San Vincenzo Sud exit.
Turn left towards Campiglia Marittima for around 5km and the hotel is located on the right.
From the south
Take the A12 Roma - Civitavecchia motorway and continue along the Aurelia state road towards Livorno to the San Vincenzo Sud exit. At the stop sign, continue on the right for 5km and the hotel is located on the right.
