Fattoria Sant'Appiano, Barberino Val D'elsa

The Antica Fattoria di Sant'Appiano is found in Barberino Val d'Elsa, in the heart of the countryside of Chianti. This convenient location is surrounded by the charming cities of Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena, which can be reached in just a 20 minute drive.

From here, guests can explore the ruins of the old houses dotted along the winding roads as well as the historic churches, such as Sant'Appiano. The medieval villages in the area, such as Linari, located 1km away from the farm, reflect the beauty of Tuscany while revealing traces of the past.

The farm is pleased to welcome guests into this beautiful area, providing them with their own fine Chianti wine, extra virgin olive oil and grappa.

During the summer, guests can go swimming in the refreshing water of the swimming pool surrounded by green olive trees, or explore the countryside on horseback or bicycle.

The resort has eight beautifully renovated apartments: two in the farmhouse, two in a house in the small village, and four in the hayloft next to the swimming pool.

The apartments are decorated in a simple, welcoming style in line with the surrounding environment and have typical Tuscan furnishings, allowing guests to enjoy a pleasant vacation of authentic country life.

Rosa and Fiordaliso apartments: three-room apartments (4+1 guests with an additional bed) located 200m away from the swimming pool. They consist of two double bedrooms and a single bed, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a garden with a barbecue and an en suite bathroom.

Lavanda and Gerbera apartments: apartments (2+2 guests with an additional bed) located 50m away from the swimming pool with a view of San Gimignano. They consist of a double bedroom, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2, a garden with a barbecue and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
