Tenuta Badia '99, Paciano

The Tenuta Badia '99 is found in the characteristic village of Paciano, just a short distance away from Lake Trasimeno in a beautiful area on the border of Umbria and Tuscany.

Surrounded by lush greenery, it is an excellent place from which to explore Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montepulciano and Siena in less than an hour's drive.

Guests have access to a spacious swimming pool, a sauna, a hot tub and a Jacuzzi to relax and unwind.

The hotel has been built using traditional materials from Umbria such as bricks, terracotta, wood and stone; the interior decoration has also been carefully chosen to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Tenuta Badia '99 does not have a restaurant, but recommends the following alternatives:

- Guests can dine in their apartment or in one of the common rooms (with a lovely panoramic view) preparing their own meals, or buying food directly from the stores in the immediate vicinity.

- Guests can go to the restaurant that has an agreement with the hotel to sample delicious traditional specialities at excellent prices.

Different room sizes are available, capable of satisfying a variety of requirements:

- Double room, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture, a reading corner, a desk, a colour television and an en suite bathroom.

The double room is also available for use as a double for single occupancy.

- Studio for 2 people with original architecture, elegantly decorated in "Arte Povera" style with a kitchenette, sofabed and a double bed.

The day area is separated from the night area by a sliding screen.

- 1 bedroom double suite, made up of a lounge with a sofabed, a dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a large terrace and a private courtyard with a pergola and a view over the children's play area.

- 2 bedroom suite for 4 people made up of a lounge with a double sofabed, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (complete with fridge and dishwasher), a twin room (can be set up with a double bed on request), two complete bathrooms (sink, toilet, bidet and shower), a porch area with a large roof providing the possibility to eat meals outside and a garden with a view over the historic centre of Paciano with Lake Trasimeno in the distance.
