General Description
The “I Cerretelli” holiday farm is located in the old town of Toglio di Barga and owes its name to the ancient turkey oak trees growing in the grounds of the manor house.
The building is rather old: the east wing dates back to 1658, whilst the south wing dates back to 1771 (as can still be seen marked on the stones above the main doors).
The holiday farm is part of a small, enclosed hamlet owned by the farm, which also houses a swimming pool, an exclusive sunbathing area set on a spur of rock, a children's playground, an olive grove and other private buildings.
The “I Cerretelli” holiday farm offers peaceful and relaxing surroundings where local tradition has been maintained and respected: modern comforts combine perfectly with original characteristics such as the old oven or the washing basin.
On the ground floor, where you can purchase farm products such as honey, oil, flour and biscuits, there is an Internet Point, a laundry with a tumble dryer and irons, a reading lounge, a dining area with a wood-burning fire, a kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue area with a covered portico.

a lounge with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double room, a bathroom and a mezzanine floor in the bedroom with a sofa bed.
The “La Moretta” and “L’Amelia” apartments are communicating and can be let together, sleeping 4 + 4.

How to reach the hotel
Coming from the A11 “Firenze-Pisa” or the “Genova-Livorno” motorways, take the “Lucca Est” exit and follow the signs for Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Continue on the “Strada Statale del Brennero (SS 12)” road towards Barga until you arrive at the town of Borgo a Mozzano. Cross the bridge on the left and continue alongside the right hand side of the river towards Barga. When you reach Barga you will find a crossroads with an ancient cedar of Lebanon in the centre that divides the square into four directions: take the first road on the right (uphill, towards Tiglio) and after about 3 km you will reach a crossroads.
Follow the signs for Tiglio: after about 1.5 km you will enter the town. Follow the narrow road for about 200 metres to the end of the hamlet where the holiday farm is located.
