Agriturismo I Cerretelli, Tiglio Basso

The “I Cerretelli” holiday farm is located in the old town of Toglio di Barga and owes its name to the ancient turkey oak trees growing in the grounds of the manor house.

The building is rather old: the east wing dates back to 1658, whilst the south wing dates back to 1771 (as can still be seen marked on the stones above the main doors).

The holiday farm is part of a small, enclosed hamlet owned by the farm, which also houses a swimming pool, an exclusive sunbathing area set on a spur of rock, a children's playground, an olive grove and other private buildings.

The “I Cerretelli” holiday farm offers peaceful and relaxing surroundings where local tradition has been maintained and respected: modern comforts combine perfectly with original characteristics such as the old oven or the washing basin.

On the ground floor, where you can purchase farm products such as honey, oil, flour and biscuits, there is an Internet Point, a laundry with a tumble dryer and irons, a reading lounge, a dining area with a wood-burning fire, a kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue area with a covered portico.

FIRST FLOOR

“L’Oreste” apartment, sleeps 2 + 3, composed of:

a lounge with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double room, a lounge with a sofa bed, a bathroom and its own balcony.

“Il Bruno” apartment, sleeps 2, composed of:

a kitchenette, a double room and a bathroom.

“Il Gianni” apartment, sleeps 2 + 1, composed of:

a lounge with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double room and a bathroom.

The “Il Gianni” and “Il Bruno” apartments are communicating and can be let together, sleeping 4 + 1.

SECOND FLOOR

“La Sandri” apartment, sleeps 2 + 3, composed of:

a lounge with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double room, a lounge with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

“La Moretta” apartment, sleeps 2 + 3, composed of:

a lounge with a kitchenette, a double room, a mezzanine floor with a sofa bed, a mezzanine floor with two sofa beds and a bathroom.

“L’Amelia” apartment, sleeps 2 + 1, composed of:

a lounge with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double room, a bathroom and a mezzanine floor in the bedroom with a sofa bed.

The “La Moretta” and “L’Amelia” apartments are communicating and can be let together, sleeping 4 + 4.
